Grad Recruitment 2023, EY Ireland
This three-year-long campaign (2023-2026) began with meeting the Talent team and leading our recruitment campaigns to understand their challenges and wins from the previous year based on a market analysis. From that data and information, we created a campaign that would re-introduce EY to a younger audience showcasing young employees who are making a difference in our business.
From our visual identity proposal, the media team produced photos and videos that captured the essence of the creative concept and EY. It all came together with the support our the graphic and motion designers who added the final touches to the campaign.
My role in this project included stakeholder management, pitching the proposal to partners, and giving creative direction to graphic designers, photographers and recruiters.
